The fee is based on the rates provided by law, in particular on the regulations in force provided by the Ministerial Decree n. 55/2014. In order to determine the fee, the below-mentioned aspects are taken into consideration: the characteristics, the urgency and the value of the service provided; the importance, the kind, the difficulty and the advisory activity; the condition of the client; the quantity and complexity of the legal affairs that have been treated.

We always inform the client about the level of complexity of the assignment, providing all useful information about the possible charges from the moment of issuing the mandate to its conclusion. We also communicate in written form the foreseeable costs of the service, distinguishing between charges, expenses (also flat-rates) and professional fee.

In case of less wealthy individuals, it will be our care to verify the suitability to obtain legal aid in accordance to D.P.R.n.115/2002.
